Since 2022 she has run private fishing charters, swim escorts, boat tours and memorials at sea from Hyde Street Harbor at Fisherman's Wharf aboard Miss Molly, a 27-foot Shamrock. About the Company
Molly's Boats has run charters out of these waters since 2022. Captain Molly Breivis grew up on this coast. She learned it first by diving alongside her mother, then from years of living by the water, which is how she knows where the birds gather and where the fish are biting.
She started the company to show people the coastline she knows best, which most of them never see from the water.
Each trip is planned around what you came for, from birdwatching to a day of fishing or a slow run past the skyline, and you set the pace. Molly is one of the few female boat captains on San Francisco Bay. She is proud of that, and it is part of why she runs a careful boat.

About Captain Molly Breivis
Molly Breivis was born and raised in San Francisco and holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master license (100 Gross Register Tons, Near Coastal Waters) with Radar Observer, Towing, Able Seaman and Lifeboatman endorsements. She came up through diving before moving into navigation and marine safety, and she has spent years learning to read conditions and keep a boat squared away. While she runs the boat, you can watch the water.
